    It looks like your AG is going to take this to the NY Supreme court... Most of this was thrown out because of the 8th Amendment on excessive fines and cruel and unusual punishments.

    I heard that some Federal Prosecutors are asking for documents on this case because Trump may have a Civil Rights case against the State.

    I think people do... But as a Democrat she ignores them and focuses on anything that doesn't help her constituency.

    The appeal was unanimous... They said it was breaking the 8th Amendment...

    She'll try to progress this issue to the NY Supreme Court and it'll finally get tossed.

    In the background the Feds are exploring a Civil Rights violation that AG James may have done perusing Trump as a political matter.

    NY State may eventually be on the hook for her actions.
