I have a problem when I try to crash your 1:282/1032 node.. it
constantly dials, connects, hangs up and repeats :)
I'm using the nodelisted entry for your domain: bbs2.ouijabrd.net on
your 24557 port for binkp.

Damn. /1032 is my Mystic node. That was the same behavior that my BBBS used to
have when connecting to an uplink Mystic system. My Mystic /1032 connected to you momements ago for mail seemingly ok.
I see two options. One is to have you set /1032 to Hold and I will poll you vi
a Cron job. Or, you can drop /1032 as a downlink and /1032 can poll /1031 for mail/files.
As I recall the 261/38<->282/1032 connection was for testing purposes between
BBBS and Mystic.
So, I am thinking that dropping /1032 as a downlink would be the logical decision.

Both the FQDN and port are correct as my BBBS uses them to connect to
/1032 fine.
