    I don't know.
    But i was thniking about this scene the other night and wondering
    about bob's trendsetting innovations.
    How much time elapsed between this row regarding a thrown glass, and
    rock bands trashing hotel rooms, even throwing TV sets out the window?
    (Or was such extreme behaviour a pre-existing condition among musical aggregates? Did the Duke Ellington Orchestra regularly lob glassware
    from the negro-only hotels at which they stayed? I know there was a
    jazz trumpetist who fell out a hotel window, but even that was much
    later.)
    My, but bob's entourage seems tame.
