• 8 + year old Dell XPS Desktop Bios

I have this older than eight year desktop. To enter the Bios I had to use
    a wired keyboard. Go figure.

But it's also a Dell, which means they "added extra weirdness".

The plugin USB Microsoft Comfort Keyboard, does not work in the Dell BIOS.

A Bluetooth keyboard is more likely to work on a smartphone or a tablet maybe. Maybe in the UEFI era, this has changed, but I have not read any stories
about BT keyboards and modern computers, to know.

I would be surprised if a BIOS of that vintage did pair with a BT HID
    during the POST.
