    Is this available on Ubuntu?

If so which repo holds it?

    TIA

"I am trying to install a program called Butterflow. It creates slow motion video by interpolating between frames."

If the release number is not at least 1.0 , then it might only be
available as source. Like, if the release is 0.1.6 that means it
is a beta software, and is unlikely to be sitting in some repo
as a .deb . Some work might be required on your part.

Is it on Github ? It needs to be traceable, author name or whatever,
to start to locate the source for it. And also get details about
    software maturity.
