This is a bugfix release.
Bug fixes:
* Deprecation issue in Python 3.13 with pkg_resources fixed by
migrating to importlib.
* Excel code evaluation is now described in the docs
* Fix for installing packages not present on the system
* Missing xls helper function added to the package
