    The US government does a lot of amusing things. Almost every government
    form and statistic now has a category, Non-Hispanic whites.

    Does that imply Hispanics aren't quite white? There sometimes is a further classification to white Hispanics and black Hispanics. I don't know where mestizos fall. Should there be a Non-Semitic White class? No, cancel that thought.
