There is a "lack of evidence"
Or blaming someone else:
"some state-level bureaucrat making erroneous entries"
OK... so that means it is NOT tied to me at all. Those are all from the ring leader -- Carroll. He openly admits he has NO evidence. He cannot prove it. His explanation for why it is not on the site he says it is (was?) is from some red tape.
