It scans the surface, builds its 3d model, and calculates
the leg motions. There's a manual control mode, but the
real boomer is its automonous mode, where, where the
operator only sets the desired velocity and direction.
Cleareace, stride length, track width, and hull inclination
are adjusted automatically.
