    I don't know if the OP is a troll or not, however that would solve one
    problem but would create another. You can't use Youtube!

    Well, just look at the post : a scary subject line and message contents that only tell you what to do *but not why*. Its a classic FUD approach (FUD = Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt).

    ... besides getting (monetized?) hits on that clip ofcourse.

    Not necessary if you are using CalyxOS De-Googled android system.
    Also, install Shelter and run your app from it.

    tend to do thatk, and then when essential info is only given in the

    Did you know that there are two, rather different definitions of phone tracking ?

    You've chosen to take it as some advertising-ID do-da. But it an be as
    easily about tracking the physical phone.

    Another thing : the OP has cross-posted into both the android as well as the iPhone newsgroups. Both have the exact same setting available ?

    I've not seen anyone post about what the youtube clip is talking about. Has anyone seen it and can tell ?

    ... or was it just another rick-roll (not un-imaginable) ?...
