• FREE GAME: Barro GT

    It wouldn't be a new week without a free game or two.

    * Barro GT
    https://store.steampowered.com/app/1990740/Barro_GT/
    A very Indie (and a little bit retro) sim/racer.
    Drive around tracks really fast in your shiny, noticeably
    polygonal car. I guess it's okay; it's very much "Timmy's-
    First-Racing-Game" sort of thing, but if you want a no-
    frills game that lets you do a quick few laps around the
    track, this one is as good as any.

    You've got a week to claim this one. The Number thanks you for your
    service.

    Thanks. I doubt I will play it!

    That's the spirit! ;-)

    Apparently this is a free version of a similar game called "Barro",
    except _that_ game had a lot more jumping and outlandish tracks whilst
    the GT version is all flat roads. Same visual style, though.

    Unsurprisingly, both versions are in my library now. Damned if I
    remember how I got the original, though. I suspect osmosis. ;-)
