Starfield is on sale now too.

I mean, it's sale price is still what I would have considered full
price just a few years ago, and given the reviews of the game I don't
think it's worth even that. But I was briefly tempted to get it. I
figure eventually Starfield will enter my library, but the price is
going to have to come down quite a bit before I really consider buying
it. The fact that so much of the game is procedurally generated is
    really a turn-off for me. I don't want empty content; I want hand-made
stuff. You'd have though Bethesda would have learned this lesson after Oblivion. The handcrafted dungeons/maps in Skyrim are a big reason
that game was so much more popular than its predecessor.

I can't say that a Star Wars mod would be enough to make me want to
play it either. As much as I adore the franchise, I never really found
Star Wars role-playing all that much fun. Action games? Hell yeah.
Strategy games? Why not. Space-sims? I'm there. But role-playing games
set in the Star Wars universe were always some of the least
interesting to me, at least mechanically. They just never felt "Star
    Wars-y" to me.

Interesting. I joined their Discord server. It looks like it's in its
infancy, so followthrough is not guaranteed.

I remember there was a complete Babylon V conversion for Freespace 2 that
had promise, but eventually faded away.

Anyway, it's something to stay on top of. It could be the next Fallout:
    London for all we know.

    Thanks for the heads up!

I was a little too excited by this. After some further digging it seems
it's mostly visual, names and appearances changed. Otherwise all the
    missions etc. are the same.
